Booking Conditions

  • Payment in full for all activities (excluding hire which can be paid for on the day) is required at time of booking.
  • We reserve the all rights to cancel the activity if numbers do not meet the minimum requirements or if weather conditions are predicted to be unfavourable. In case of cancellation refunds are not offered, however activity can be re-booked within 1 year. If your activity is cancelled please email us to rebook
  • All participants must complete an Agreement and Release of Indemnity form prior to activity
  • All participants in our paddling activities must be competent swimmers and in reasonably fit condition. If you are not a confident swimmer please contact us before booking

 Bad Weather Policy

  • Activities generally proceed if raining but may be cancelled if wind strength is predicted to exceed 25 knots
  • In most cases notification of cancellations is provided on our website by 7am on day of cancellation. In some cases less notice is provided due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are uncertain please text us before making the trip 0419 254 981 https://www.bundeenakayaks.com.au/opening-times/ 
  • We reserve all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity if weather conditions are predicted to be unfavourable or due to other unforeseen circumstances
  • If a participants booking is cancelled Bundeena Kayaks allows 1 year for rebooking of the activities. No refunds are offered

Cancellation/Postpone Policy

Please select your booking date carefully as there is an admin charge for changes to booking days/times. This fee varies depending on the activity and the amount of notice you provide as follows:

For Kayak/Paddle Board Hire (if pre-paid at discount rate):

More than 12 hour notice – $5 per person
Less than 12 hours notice – $10 per person
No notice until after booking time – sorry we do not offer option to rebook if no notice is provided of your cancellation.

For Guided Tours, Lessons, Paddle and Walk and any other activities
More than 14 days notice – $5pp
7-14 days notice – $10 per person 
Less than 2-7 days notice – $20 per person
Less than 2 days notice – $30 per person

Note for our Bundeena to Audley Eco Adventure cancellation fees are as follows:
More than 30 days notice – $30pp
Less than 30 days notice – $50pp
No notice until after booking time – sorry we do not offer option to rebook if no notice is provided of your cancellation.

Conditions of Hire

It is a condition that all participants sign our indemnity/agreement form prior to commencing all activities.

It is a condition of hire that any breakages or loss of equipment will incur replacement charges by the hirer.

If gear is not returned to our base, a recovery fee will apply

If participants go outside our operating areas, hire will be terminated and fees for recovery of gear will apply
